Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for every guest, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
I completely understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to work with you.
